Dear beloved customers,
In 2018, we
believe this is the graceful year of Alakazam, the year to gift something new
to our beloved customers that always supported us in past years before. We
believed Alakazam cannot be stand until now without excellent support from
Malaysian peoples. The great
relationship that bound between us together is the best moments that meet the
eye and convinced us the good quality of food is the best foundation to make multiregional
Malaysian such as Malays, Chinese and Indians are closer apart.
As a small start up base business, we knew to fulfill
the demand of the F&B market is very crucial. When Malaysian needs a high
good quality of meals, they need to spend more but this practice can’t be done
everyday unless they have a high buying power into it. The reality, nowadays to
reduce the daily spending, Malaysian accept the low quality of product,
artificial processing food and long durable food as a choice to keep balance
the buying power of the penny decreased value. We believe this is not a healthy
way of life.
2018, we
must create a something new as we announced this year is the graceful year of
Alakazam. When we reinvented round burgers why not now we reinvent the
rectangular burgers but it not also rectangular but it also long. So ALAKAZAM LONG’S BURGERS was being named to our new challenging project task
offer option menu to our beloved Malaysian nitizen.

the historic of memorial moments with Mr. Mehmet Omer and my kid
To reinvent LONG’S
BURGERS is not easy. We need something new, something fresh and keep healthy
factor on it. Thanks to Mr. Mehmet Omer.
The migrate person from Antalya, Turkey. Setup a small business in street like
us and sell central-east meat dishes in the narrow street in Itaewon, South
Korean. A low profile and a nice person with moderate english communication
skills, one hour chatting while enjoying a spicy sweeties meals from his small kitchen
with my family is the miracle moment for me in year of autumn 2014 when he
reveal the secret of central-east spices that spice-up it meat base dishes. By
inspiring from his expertise, we reinvent LONG’S
BURGERS that using 100% beef meat and spice-up with his inspiring spices.
THE JOURNEY OF COMPLEXITY

Back in Malaysia, at the beginning, to invent the
long beef patty is very complex process either from doing it round. We need
special mold to keep the long rectangular size. We design one unit of patty
mold, it looks good but at the same time it hurt and bleeds our production
workers fingers. So we redesign for second times, now it protected our workers
fingers but it not stable, too lightweight until the third design is fulfill
our needs using stainless steel material, it strong and antirust.
The second catastrophe occurred when the beef patty
broken when cooked in hot plate and became worse when we reversed it. We know,
it not be easy when we played with 100% beef meat because it so soft. Adding
soy protein is the best practice to keep it more strong structure while cooking
but we don’t want to cheat our beloved Malaysian customers. Two month studied
and we doing everything from normal until crazy action to solved this problem
and thanks to god, it now can be release with central-east spices without
adding artificial chemical to hold the meat structure. ‘We solved it by changing the
ways of cooking’. The third obstacle, the present souse is not meet with
central-east spices. We must invent a new souse, so this process also takes a
long delay to release it. Another miracle happen when we found Italian and
Turkish can be blend together.

After a long obstacle and catastrophe in journey to
reinvent the LONG’S BURGERS. Today
we very proud to present to you the unique 100% beef ALAKAZAM LONG’S BURGERS
with no addition of soy protein and preservative chemical (sodium benzoic)
guarantee also in the affordable price. Thanks to all Alakazam ‘Spirit Teams’ and do you know why it can
